This is a real gem, both in terms of the location, amenities and people. I have never met more friendly, welcoming, kind hosts, and I have travelled a lot. Anna runs fantastic pottery workshops - you must try! Sofia’s food is just out of this world! I highly recommend you do a private cooking class with her and make one of Ikarian specialities - we made a pie with spinach, courgettes and local herbs which we collected on the slopes leading to the beach. Sofia is a fantastic chef and a truly special person. I am vegan and she made me the most delicious and healthy breakfasts, truly accommodating!! The location could not be better, with the stunning views of Nas beach. Make sure to hike around and go to the waterfall or to a beautiful town of Raches. The room was super clean with all utensils in case you’d like to cook, comfortable beds and a beautiful terrace. I can’t wait to visit this place again!!! Thank you so much for showing me how beautiful both Ikaria island and the Ikarian people are!!

Nefeli Hotel ligt op slechts 100 meter van het strand in het dorp Therma en op ongeveer 2 km van het dorp Agios Kyrikos. Het biedt kamers met een balkon. In alle ruimtes is gratis WiFi beschikbaar. Really kind people, hospitality is the main feature for this hotel, also it is centrally located (few meters from beach), and couple of minutes from capital city, and it is very clean. The owners are willing to assist in a happy mood. Best accommodation in the area. We will be back for sure.

Hotel Asteria ligt op een gunstige locatie op 150 meter van het Therma-strand en de thermale bronnen van het gebied. Het verzorgt 's ochtends een continentaal ontbijt en biedt studio's met gratis... De gastvrouw was echt super! Uitstekende locatie. We zijn 2 nachten bijgeboekt.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & very helpful! From the moment we checked in, they made you feel welcome & answered any questions we had. The view was gorgeous & the property itself was quaint & cozy. We felt relaxed right away. The pool is a lovely place to spend a lazy afternoon reading while enjoying a glass of wine.

Hotel Rena ligt op slechts 60 meter van het strand en de thermale bronnen van Therma en biedt een geplaveid terras omgeven door lommerrijke bomen. I like the location. Owner of the place Miss Despina is very friendly and helpful. Also staff is very nice they cleaned my room in day time.

Het Oinoi Hotel ligt op 40 meter van het strand van Therma en beschikt over een zonneterras en een tuin. Het biedt kamers met airconditioning, gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de bergen. The owner is super lovely and helpful and the hotel is great: close to the thermal springs and the cute little town of Therme. It is quite sleepy but a great place to stay if you want to get away from the crowds and have mostly Greek people around you. Ikaria is a spectacular island not overrun by tourists. The room is spacious and the water pressure is good. It's serene and tranquil, just what I needed for my holiday. The owner also picked me up from the airport, which was very nice of him.
